On Mar 11, 2018, I ordered prescribed medication at Shoppers Drug Mart #2237 (11800 Cambie Road, Richmond BC). I need to complain 2 things about the Pharmacist:
There was an incident this morning, October 21, 2021 at Shoppers Cambie and no. 5 rd, Richmond involving a senior male customer and an east Indian lady in the milk/egg area. The male customer was checking if there are broken eggs in the tray before he buys it and here comes this East Indian lady trying to get milk from the shelves and told the male customer that : " he is in the middle and she can't pass by". She was so rude and in a harsh tone telling him to move away even it's not her turn yet. Observation: 1- The male customer was not in the middle and in fact was in the side. The lady should have waited in line for her turn to get milk and stay 6 ft apart from the male customer but instead she just budged in. 2- I later found out that she was an employee of Shoppers. Her name is "HARP" and is assigned in the cosmetic but today was her day off. This is a very bad example much more of an employee of Shoppers who should give good example to customers. Hope the management would discipline her unexplainable/unacceptable attitude so this won't happen again. This might go viral because several customers witness the incident. After being rejected I called a different shoppers and asked about their policy, at which they answered and confirmed that company wide, all returns on opened cosmetic products due to an allergic reaction SHALL be processed. I had to drive across town and return this item to a different location because Harp and her coworker don't know what the hell the return policy is. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I first entered the store I went directly to the beauty counter to return the item, at which point I was dismissed and told to go to the front...who then told me they can't process returns here and that I have to go BACK to the beauty counter. Seriously? What a disappointment. Looks like Harp and her colleague need to be trained again. And Harp needs an attitude adjustment, she's rude and even other reviewers have complained about her. Why has no action been taken by management? What a waste of...
