Edsa is a small little grocery store with only two isles. But don't let that fool you - they are well-stocked in lots of specialty grocery products that you wouldn't find elsewhere!
Upon entering the store, you can find a tray of Balut sitting the corner. Balut is a developing bird embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It originated from and is commonly sold as street food in the Philippines. I've never seen this at any stores in Vancouver until my visit here.
