Wanted to play table games so that I can secure a chip to add to my collection, since their poker poker room was not available. Walked in Monday evening and all table games were closed. So I approached the cage to change a Loonie for a $1.00 chip. I was told that table games are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and that they don't have any chips available. I made notice of two trays of chips on the counter behind the clerk, in clear view, which also had $1.00 chips racked in them. He claimed that those chips were accounted for and he cannot touch them. I asked to speak to a manager, who stated the exact same thing, cannot touch those chips. Fine. But the manager then immediately told me to come back in a couple of hours and we may have chips available. How is this possible if all table games are closed Mondays and Tuesdays? I had already accepted their policy after the manager repeated what the clerk said earlier, but please don't lie to me that chips will magically appear in a couple of hours, when all table games are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Just tell me to come back Wednesday. I go home tomorrow morning, never returning back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never win at this casino! I've been frequenting for years and have never left there happy which makes me want to go less and less. I did not have a pleasant experience on New Years Eve. The meal was way overpriced by 3X what it was worth! The appetizer was a few slices of bread with a cheap oil and some balsamic for dipping. No bells or whistles to surprise us...not even a quarter glass of cheap wine to accompany a dried out potato that was baked hours before for the first sitting and a hair in my friend's salad! The small piece of meat was tender and the only thing good about the entree. At midnight, no sparkling wine, no balloon drop and a few ugly black hats were given out. I will not spend my money there again. The only good thing was the band that played that evening. If anyone else was disgusted with the meal that night, I encourage you...

We were a group that was visiting Sault Saint Marrie and one of the places we were recommended by the community to go to, was this casino. I couldn't have been more disappointed with my visit.
I understand that no place of business would want an intoxicated group of gamblers coming through their doors, but that couldn't have been further from how we were. Even after we were denied entry, we spoke calmly and collectively with the door attendant and tried to figure out why we were not allowed in. Obviously to no avail.
Very very disappointed with how we were treated. All I can say is, don't even drink a beer before coming here. You won't...
