New York Fries Station Mall — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

The team at New York Fries - Sault Ste Marie, are nothing short of spectacular! My husband and I went to have a quick lunch while doing some last minutes Christmas shopping and even though there was a decent size line, it went extremely fast and very efficient! We were greeted very warmly and the staff was extremely knowledgeable on all products I had questions about and made amazing recommendations when I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat. Once our order was placed, our food was prepared and ready to go by the time my husband was done finishing the transaction. Fastest services we’ve ever received at any of our local fast food establishments. I also noticed how immaculate the cleanliness was of this store! Everything had its perfect place, staff was cleaning and wiping surfaces between orders to prevent any contamination. When we picked up our food, staff members asked if we needed anything extra; condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup, vinegar, then we were wished a very warm Happy Holidays! Today, I tried to buy a poutine, but my Google Wallet wasn't working properly, and despite multiple attempts, it wouldn't go through. The cashier seemed overly frustrated, even though there wasn't anyone waiting behind me and they didn't seem too busy. I was going to use my card instead, but the cashier's rudeness made me feel uncomfortable, almost like she was intentionally being loud so others could hear. I absolutely love this place! I have jaw problems and have for many years and have problems eating a lot of fast food. The staff made me the best lunch ever an about a week ago! They cooked my delicious food to the prefect cooking so I can eat it. Thank you so much for the best food in Sault Ste Marie! My husband went there again today and they remembered us and again cooked the food perfectly so I can eat it and enjoy some fast food. Thank you a million time to New York...
