I placed a same day delivery order today & when it was delivered, it was completely wrong. It's obviously not the drivers fault because my receipt was in the bag & my delivery information was stapled to the bag.
I called online customer service & made them aware of it & asked to please have my actual item sent out. I ordered same day because I needed it TODAY, but because it was after the 4pm cut off (it was delivered after 4pm), she could not do anything about it. She told me to call & advise the store so they knew it happened, which I did when I hung up with her.
I called the store directly & the employee that picked up the phone said she would go get her manager. She came back & said she was going to give me the number to call online orders who take care of this, which I'm assuming her manager told her to do. I said I just spoke to online & now I was calling them directly to inform them what happened so they were aware of it & could maybe speak to the employees involved to be more careful when fulfilling these orders. She said ok I'll go get my manager. She came back again only to tell me that I could bring the wrong items back & they'd give me my ordered item if it was in stock. Honestly, I felt like I didn't matter & this manager just wanted to get rid of me because how hard would it be to come on the phone & just note this info down & at least offer an apology for the inconvenience? She didn't care that this happened in her store?!
The whole point of ordering same day delivery was because I've had surgery & can not get around & it was a item I desperately needed for issues I was having after my surgery. Now I'm being told by an employee because the manager won't take a minute to come on the phone to bring the wrong items back & get what I ordered. This store BTW is 40 minutes away from me.
Extremely poor customer service & this manager should not be a manager if they're unwilling to speak to customers when things go wrong. In no way do I blame the employee that was on the phone as she was only running back & forth relaying what her manager was saying when if should have been the manager herself on the phone with me. Only issue I had with the girl on the phone was that even she didn't offer an apology. Do better Sephora...
Read moreI am leaving a negative review about the impression of your store and the knowledge of your consultants. The atmosphere was unpleasant. I don’t know the reason—whether it was my level of English or a stain on my clothes from baby food. I had 15 minutes to shop before the store closed. I wanted to spend money, but the consultants’ knowledge and attitude prevented me from doing so. I only left $80, whereas I could have spent more. Sephora should maintain its status, and consultants should at least be knowledgeable about the available assortment. One consultant didn’t even know that you had a men’s antiperspirant and only showed me one unisex option. Another consultant replaced her and showed me shower gel, while I was looking for a fancy, high-quality shower gel. In the end, I was advised to go to Marshalls instead. I came to your store to leave you my money, “Maybe my English is not that good, but I can definitely sense the consultants’ looks and their energy, and because of that, I will never visit your store again and will not leave you any money. My visit was the first and the last. I wish the store manager would pay attention to the behavior and knowledge of the consultants I am a mother of an infant, and I have very little time for shopping. But when I do find the time, I want quick, quality, and...
Read moreI was at this location on December 6, around 6:00 pm to shop for Christmas gifts as everyone is doing at this time. I had a few of the workers come and ask if I needed help with finding anything, but I have bad anxiety and like to keep to myself so I respectfully declined. I was there for a while just trying to really decide on what I would like to get, when I it became clear to me that I was being followed and asked more frequently if I needed help. I’ve been through this before so I just ignored it and carried on. I then over heard the workers in the front speaking to each other/or on the little mic’s that they have saying “yes we are watching her” then I looked over there to see they were peaking over. Then I looked to my left to see the other worker watching me as well. I then let my father know the situation and gave him a call as this completely overwhelmed me and made me extremely upset. I then proceeded to leave and not do any business there. I definitely know if I was Caucasian or dressed differently I would have not been even treated the way I did in this situation. It’s completely discriminatory and unprofessional for this incident to happen. I will be writing to Sephora corporate, as I’m sure this has happened at...
