I came here to sell a couple of gift cards and one of them wasn't able to be verified. Which was totally fine until I checked the balance of the card myself and found a remaining balance of $30. When the lady at the counter originally called to verify the funds she attempted twice to verify the same balance without any luck. I checked the balance online and by phone and came to the conclusion that a mistake was made. When I went back to the store to rectify the mistake that was made, the lady at the counter refused to even attempt verifying again. I don't think that my request to try one more time was unreasonable. The store was empty, there were no lineups. The lady said that without a receipt for the card she would not help me.
