Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in St. Catharines

We order quesada two or three times a month for delivery, and eat in three or four times a year. Over the last couple of years, it has started staying open late, which increases the attractiveness of it as an option. We always get good service when we go in. Recently though, we went in during a down time, and the server went above and beyond for my kids. my wife and I were really pleased

There isn't really a kid's menu in the online ordering, but when we take our kids in there, they always give us really nice mini burritos and quesadillas that the kids will actually eat.

There are a few tables and chairs where people can sit down and eat, but like most of the fast food pizza places here, it's primarily meant to be carried out so, the eat-in area is small, bear, and sitting right in front of the service counter. The washrooms are clean though, and the vegetables are always fresh.

I think prices are mostly fair. You get charged for guacamole and queso here, where you don't at other places, but you might pay a few cents more for a burrito there then you do here. The options are highly flexible, though of course somebody else is doing something there that you can't get here, and the other way around. It's worth trying a few different places if you like this style of food to see different interpretations, but we are over all very happy with what we get at quesada for the price. Having said that, the price break is definitely on the drinks. $4 for a bottle of coke is too darn much! Even in the days of runaway inflation. And then, if you want a specialty Mexican soda, it gets a little ridiculous.

Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this quesada! We will keep giving them...

This place is a complete let down everytime. Then add terrible service and small portions on top of it. Its a combination for disaster. I've tried their tacos before- they arent bad but they sure arent good. Same goes for burritos.

Today i tried their bowls with hopefully thinking. Nope. One small scoop of rice, one small scoop of lettuce. Actually one small scoop of everything... bowl is barely even filled half way. Waste of money. Now if it taste amazing, sure.

Best part is... you go to pay debit. Cashier who barely helped or greeted you. Rings in your order and then puts it to machine and says "press 3 then proceed". I laughed out loud. Press three was so they got the max tip option. Lol

I still tipped but I promise you it'll probably be my last tip/ time...

We had our friends visiting us on Thanksgiving weekend and after a tiring day of sight seeing, we went there super hungry. The place was neat and clean and the owner, Mr. Pinakin Shah, was present to attend us. He was very attentive while preparing our orders. He also suggested toppings and sauces based on our likings and everything came out really delicious and tasty. Also, we had an 18 months old girl with us. He made sure that she has something to eat and gave us sweet corn and rice on the side with no charges at all. He checked on us a couple times as well just to make sure that the girl had everything she would like to have. We even had a good chat with him.
