Dark Matter Toys — Attraction in St. Thomas

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO DARK MATTER

I've been in the store a few times. The owner was always nice & polite until today...

My friend and I walked into the store trying to sell the owner a few things. He wandered around the store for a bit too see if we liked anything. Once the owner was done chatting with another customer he spoke to me.

He stated "why did you give me a 2 star review on Google." I told him "I didn't and I gave you a 5 star review on Facebook." "You're axe murderer 666" he replied. I assured him that I didn't give him any review other than 5 stars on Facebook.

The owner told me it was me and based off of his "knowledge" of me it was me who gave him a bad review.

I was told "I respectfully decline" has he gently pushed my items a little bit forward.

It's quite unfortunate that this happened. I liked the owner. He was such a great guy up until this point. Always gave me fair deals too.

I was going to spend at least $300 dollars today before he became arrogant & judgmental.

My wife and I had the pleasure of Dark Matter Toys in St Thomas and what a nostalgic tour of my childhood. I'm a baby boomer so old G.I Joe, star trek..space 1999.. old WWF action figures..Pac Man mini arcade game. I was in my glory reminiscing aboot the days when life was simply, we play outside and life was great. Craig is the owner/operator of this St Thomas landmark that bravely survived Covid-19. So come on down and see what kind of ol timey toys and dark matter you can dig up. There is literal something from your childhood you can re-experience and keep for your children. The staff are very helpful, I can't speak more highly of them I went in there a complete noob on vintage and collectible toys, they helped me understand how and what to collect and where to start. I wanted to collect vintage star wars and they have helped me create a really great and growing collection, showed me how to do things on a budget but also where not to skimp out, they could have just sold me the most expensive figures each time but that's not how they roll... The store is just cool...its busting at the seems with childhood memories...everyone should go there...now my 6 year old daughter is hooked on vintage strawberry shortcakes and...
