Albion Thistledown Medical Centre — Attraction in Toronto

Not happy with anything during my visit. i waited in line outside to see a doctor, finally they grabbed my health card. There was a random older man yelling outside at the nurse opening the door because the nurse only gave 2/3 of his medications he needed. Everything was very unprofessional. Finally the nurse came out gave me my health card and told me to call the number on the door. I called the number and the doctor had nothing good to say what so ever besides that i may have a fever and that i should go to check for corona. He didn't take the time to go over the medications i was already on and explain to me that it could of been that. I left after here very stressed out and ended up calling a doctor in woodbridge who helped me out, and wasn't upset that he had to help someone out. Never am i coming back here. staff were rude, nor could i hear the nurse at the door either. I recommend not even wasting...

I HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is my 3rd visit and every time it’s something new very rude! The nurse is very very unprofessional no manners. Im assuming because I’m young she thought I would ever entertain an argument with her. I would never this is about my health too important to argue over anything. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the thistledown medical centre I visited.I was welcomed with friendly staff and they were very helpful. Doctor was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor.
