You can 100% trust these guys. I combed the city looking for two Macbook pro's with 16gb unified memory and 1TB with the new M1 chip. Not only could I not find another mac retailer to sell me one or wait 2 months to get one from Apple. I got TWO! of them from Ali and Harmen and each were $100 less than if I would have purchased direct from Apple. Very hard to find and they had two in stock. I had tons of questions over a 4 day period, they answered everything each time, never felt like I was taking up their time and never once pushed me away.
