Triple Triple Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in Toronto

Ordered for delivery. Combo #3, large pizza 3 toppings, 20 wings, garlic bread and 4 pops - $26.99. I originally asked the topping be split, half and half, was told it would cost extra. Opted for 3 toppings basic, pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, and pineapple. Wings with bbq sauce. The delivery came in less than half hour. Fast, the driver called when he was outside which I found very helpful, I have a dog, and we weren’t startled. My total after taxes, delivery and tip came to $42.90. The wings smelled divine . Pizza looked great. Toppings were sufficient, enough that each slice was covered. The cheese was great, cheesy and not too greasy. The dough was a bit on the thicker side and chewy. Personally, my preference is thin crust and crispy, but I really enjoyed this texture. The wings were very, VERY small, and dry. But I have to say it was delicious. The sauce was really good, one of the best I’ve had. Creamy garlic sauce was nice and thick, not runny, it had good flavour. Overall I would order again but not for delivery. The delivery charge is what raised my cost significantly. First time ordering on a friend’s recommendation, but I would like to go there to actually see how its run inside. Had to march back in the establishment and demand a refund I was so upset at how disappointing this food was.

Ordered Chicken Strips with side poutine, they put the poutine on top of the strips, asked to remake because we definitely didn't want it like that. The new poutine portion was laughable.

Honey Garlic Wings and Fries; fries oily, soggy just not appetizing sitting on top bland overcooked wings covered in sweet sauce. I ate one, husband ate one and then I decided I wasn't eating this.

We tried to save time by going somewhere close to where we were shopping and ended up wasting a bunch of time.

As a business to double down on how you present your food which is no real presentation at all, it'd be better to take feedback or simply follow what the customer asked for. It would go a long way.

This place SUCKS! Ordered pizza and wings for a work party, and got horrible service. called before lunch and they told me to call at noon. called at noon and didn't get delivery until 2. They called me back and claimed I gave them the wrong number (I called every 30 minutes for 2 hours and you don't have my number?); and when the driver called me someone else answered and said they didn't order anything so it was sent back to the store. but the number on my receipt was correct and he had probably just called the wrong number without checking. when we got our food everything was cold and stale, the wings were small and overcooked, they only discounted us $2, blamed me for the pizza taking 2 hours, and I got in trouble with my boss for taking too long for lunch....
