The quality and comfort of this couch is 10/10. For me, getting a new couch was years in the making and I am glad I took forever finding the right piece - because this is my favourite couch ever. The staff at cozy is really kind and patient. They are a new company so I wasn’t able to see an example of the couch in the fabric I chose because it had never been made before, but to be honest, all of their fabric samples were just such good quality that it was hard to decide. They gave me a days grace to make up my mind and emailed me all the samples. This was exactly as I had pictured it in my head, which is rare because a small square of fabric never reads the same in large format. This is their plush corduroy in olive colour. I originally saw this couch at Vesak and it would have cost me closer to $15k to have it delivered to Canada and they only offered 3 colour options at the time. This couch is comparable in quality and much more affordable. Terrible customer service. I purchased a table lamp, which was shown as a white/off white online, but when it arrived, was yellow. Their reasoning was that sometimes lighting can look different in photos, which is fair, when you are able to return the product. Their return policy is ridiculous (and unlike any other furniture store) where they only accept returns if the item is defective. They offered a store credit instead but there were only about 4 other lamps to choose from and everything else were bigger furniture items.

In a case like this, most businesses, especially local businesses, will try to make it right, but they were very adamant about their return policy and unwilling to help. It seems silly to lose a potentially loyal customer over...

the coffee table of my dreams !!! this is definitely an eternity modern dupe and at a fraction of the cost. the high quality materials and coating is perfect because and its scratch and heat resistant. I’m so in love with the deep grey and burgundy veins these pictures don’t do justice. the delivery was probably the best delivery I’ve ever received. product came on time and at the specified time (since I live in a condo and need to book the elevator) the delivery men set everything up for me (twice 🤣 since I change my mind the first time).
