I wish I could give this place zero stars. My order—roasted salmon & chicken cesar bowls—arrived with a metal screw hidden in the lettuce mix that nearly chipped my tooth. The taste? Nonexistent. These bowls were bland, flavorless, and overpriced beyond belief. I paid a small fortune for what amounted to a sad, shriveled pile of greens and a couple of limp protein strips. Portions were laughably tiny—if you’re hungry, forget it. To top it off, the service was abysmal. My food sat on the table for over 30 minutes before I even realized they’d brought it. Not a single apology, not even a “sorry for the wait.” I had to flag someone down just to get a fork. This place is a rip-off. They’re charging premium prices for inedible, unsafe “food” and treating customers like an inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away—this restaurant should shut its doors before someone else ends up in urgent care. Disgraceful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

A friend and I visited HEAL Wellness for a first time visit! We ordered the Nutella Açai Bowl and the Honey B Açai (with extra almond butter added). The Nutella Bowl was a 7/10. The Honey B Bowl (8.6/10) was definitely better, especially with the extra Almond Butter we added on. Both bowls were just over $15 each with tax - which was a bit pricey but the portion size was very reasonable. We would recommend paying with card as they did not have much change in the till. The bowls did get very watery as we were eating it was a bit unexpected. The toppings were generous and everything tasted very fresh. Overall, it was a refreshing snack that was tasty. We do think it is a bit overrated and we have had better açai from other places.

The woman working at the heal side of IQ, needs to get some training on customer service and accountability. She gave my bowl to someone else and shrugged her shoulders when i asked her for some accountability. It takes 10-15 minutes to make the bowl and people are busy and will be in and out of the area. I appreciate the supervisor Cristian, he was able to resolve my health and safety concenrs! I hope they write names on the acai bowl or ask customers to verify the order before giving it to randos. Quality assurance is lacking. Oakberry is much better for Acai Bowls and better customer service.

Had no clue one register was for iq the other for heal. Went up said I wanted a dragon smoothie bowl. She asked if I had a member i said no. She said it will be 10 to 15 i said ok. Saw the cost came up at 11.30 I said is that bowl and she no I said the smoothie. The music was loud and so was the blenders. She was arguing with what I said...I don't know why she had an attitude the order wasn't completed yet (charged). I told her I said smoothie bowl. She was okay after payment and the guy that gave me my order was nice. The first Heal I went to in Cambridge was great but I was surprised with the attitude I got from the cashier at the Shops of Don Mills over something like that. Not my fault she didn't hear me because it was loud and if I was a new customer not knowing your ordering system and terms just a simple educational learning opportunity would suffice. I almost walked out and canceled my order. I am not sure if I would go back though this location is close to me but after that experience it didn't leave a pleasant feeling. I understand you are busy but there was no need for...

So happy Heal Wellness opened right next to iQ at Shops at Don Mills! 🥰 I love stopping by whenever I’m in the area — it’s such a fresh, feel-good spot.

I tried the OG Açaí Bowl and it’s so delicious 🍓✨ Perfect for a morning snack or when you’re craving something healthy and refreshing. It’s light but super satisfying — honestly one of the best açaí bowls I’ve had!

I also tried their new Cherry Berry seasonal drink and omg it’s amazing 🍒💖 It’s sweet, refreshing, and feels like the perfect fall treat.

The staff are always so kind and welcoming 💚 The place itself is bright, clean, and has such good vibes — you can tell they really care about what they do.

You have to check out all the delicious goodies they have on their menu 😍 Everything looks so fresh and made with love.

If you’re around Don Mills and want something healthy, tasty, and made with care, definitely stop by Heal Wellness. You’ll leave feeling happy and...
