The store itself was beautiful and I truly love their products. However, the customer service experience needs to get better. Meagan who helped me out was so kind and helpful, but her Co Worker Nikhita had been absolutely terrible to the client that she was helping. Making rude and hurtful comments behind her back because the client had asked her a few questions about the products, she just wanted to rush the purchase and get it over with.
