Lawrence Allen Centre is a bustling community shopping center nestled at the intersection of the Allen Expressway and Lawrence Avenue West in Toronto. Boasting a diverse selection of over 80 shops and services, this conveniently located mall has become a go-to destination for residents and visitors alike. One of its prime attractions is its proximity to the Lawrence West Subway station, making it incredibly accessible via TTC.

Among the anchor stores and shops that grace the premises, you'll find household names like Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Marshall's, PetSmart, HomeSense, Fortino's, and Fit For Less. This impressive array of options ensures that shoppers can find everything they need in one place, from home essentials to fitness facilities.

The recent remodeling of Lawrence Allen Centre has breathed new life into the mall. The food court, in particular, stands out with its expansive seating area, providing ample space for shoppers to relax and refuel. However, while the seating area is inviting, some patrons may find the food options somewhat limited in variety and quality.

Overall, Lawrence Allen Centre has transformed into a vibrant and modern shopping destination, offering a wide range of conveniences for the community. Its strategic location, convenient access via public transportation, and diverse array of stores make it a valuable asset for residents of Toronto. With ongoing improvements, it continues to evolve, promising even better shopping experiences...

A low-end mall, with a limited number of stores. It would probably be fair to describe it as "serviceable". Not your destination if you hunger for luxury brands; the former "Lawrence Square" is nonetheless more attractive than it has ever been as it was renovated in recent years. It looks better but there still isn't much going on. A Fortino's to run through your grocery list and a Canadian Tire for any number of other needs are your big hits. Other than that there are small tech stores, newsstands, furniture stores and even a department store (Marshall's), as well as discount clothing places. But if you're not happy there is no competition. Food Court continues to underwhelm. Small malls are perfectly fine. They serve a purpose. Giant sprawling Yorkdale-like monstrosities aren't for everyone and smaller malls are highly valued by bargain hunters. But that purpose is filled better elsewhere in the city. Woodside Square and Bridlewood Mall both use their limited space more creatively. Lawrence Allen only beats them as being...

Lately, stores have been dropping out of business while Lawrence Square undergoes renovations to spruce up the interior. From talking with store owners, this is mainly due to their leases not being renewed. Seems that management is looking to get franchises and more well-known stores in the mall so they're pushing out businesses that have been there for 10+ years. My favorite food court locations are closing down one by one to try to attract well known fast food options in an attempt to drum up more interest in the mall. Dropping to a 3 star rating.. pushing out my favorite stores and food options which, in my view, are some of the only reasons to visit this mall, is just a crappy thing to do.

Nice mall, if a little outdated. There's a new Homesense and Marshalls here, as well as a Petsmart.

Food court has a couple solid options, including Pita Pavilion which I've been to many times.

No free WiFi mall-wide but you can get some at Tim...
