This is a good marina with friendly helpful staff and a great location downtown. They have laundry $1.25 and shower facilities for boaters. They sell ice and icecream in the office. The docks aren't the newest but are resonable condition. The visitor dock (pier 5) was replanked recently and is the nicest. The marina allows winter liveaboards but there is a restriction on the number of slips due to power requirements. When you enter the marina from the water side. The first pier you pass is pier 1 and it gose all the way up to pier 1 beside the office. There is no wifi in the marina but you can sometimes pick up the Billy Bishop airport wifi. HIGH WATER WARNING In 2017 and now again in June 2019 the Marina has had to turn off the power to the docks due to the unusually high water levels on Lake Ontario. At this time June 23rd 2019 they are working to resolve this issue so that the power will not have to be shut off in future. But we don't have a date for when the power will be switched back on.

Nice Marina right in downtown Toronto. You can't get much closer than this. Within walking distance of many places in the downtown core, and a short street car ride from others. There is a street car line that stops just on the other side of the park from the marina if you need to go somewhere, even to the exhibition grounds. Friendly staff who answer your inquiries for docking quickly and will come out to help you dock if you like. Well protected from any waves from boat traffic in the harbour.

Great small slip style Marina located at the foot of the city with immediate accessibility from a number of condos downtown. More suitable it appears for smaller type boats possibly up to 50ft versus yacht type of vessels. The marina offers great walk views for us trekkers to look across the harbour towards the island airport as well puts us visually close the the old malt mills. Amazing evening sunset view pout as well.

We stayed in this marina after having a truly terrifying experience on the lake in our sailboat. It was a freak accident, and storms can not be helped. All this to say we were met by a compassionate group of people who were dock owners/renters as well as lovely staff members who will forever be remembered by my whole family. Debbie, the office manager, was a particular bright spot during our stay. She had so many suggestions and went above and beyond in helping us. This marina has a washhouse and laundry facilities. They have a sister port next door with pump out and across the harbor is a full station. The docks are well protected from weather and well maintained. I highly recommend this as a place to stay long...

This is a really good marina. You can't beat the views of the city. It is much quieter than Maria 4 and not quite as expensive. Close underground parking is a plus. I stayed transient here for a number of years and was really happy to return each year. You are only a short motor away from the islands where you can anchor all day with excellent beaches. If you can, get a slip that not on the wall as anyone can get on your boat.

The only negative is that they are close to the cruise departure areas - basically floating night clubs - and you get the noise (bass) on weekends as well as the ship's whistle on departure. This is, however, one of the best marinas I've ever stayed...
