Amazing place where one can get in touch with thier soul, as the air is energized with the lake and the impact of nature. . Things you can do and see near by, Toronto Music Garden, we headed east of Queens Quay W towards HTO Park. Before getting there, however, we first had to pass HTO Park West. The only good thing I could say about HTO Park West is that its south end has a great view of the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport landing strip. The few minutes we stood there we watched 2 small airplanes land. There is a drinking fountain located near Queens Quay W.
After passing the tall ship, Caledonia, anchored off the waterfront, and the Toronto Fire & Marine Station next to it, we continued on to HTO Park, touted as Toronto’s urban beach. It also has the slightly rolling green lawns of HTO Park West as well as the weeping willow trees and the paved walking loop paths, but its south end has a sandy beach (swimming not allowed), lots of yellow beach umbrellas and a few beach chairs.
Tip: Unobstructed view of the CN Tower on the east side for those wanting to take a pic of this...

The permanent beach chairs are great. And watching some flights coming in and out of the airport is cool too. It's an idea little area...
