We originally had tickets for December 23rd and due to weather we rescheduled to December 26th - makes sense - I received and responded to emails 3x from TicketFairy before I actually got a confirmation. Sad to say, we were very disappointed... this "event" is just some Instagram picture opportunities. The lights were pretty but it took maybe 10 mins to walk through the whole thing. There was only 3 vendors selling some random stuff and the concession was one stand with hot chocolate for $8.50 or a coffee for $5.00... no food and the bar was closed (I was really looking forward to some mulled wine). I expected far more with spending $50 to attend. The only upside is some goes to charity! It certainly did not live up to the "immersive experience" stated on...

Very very small. Not much to see...The lights were pretty don't get me wrong but you can get through all this in 20 min or less. I expected bigger and more lights. I feel this was overpriced and not enough content. Very disappointed and feel kind of ripped off. I do appreciate giving to sick kids hospital though but that's about it. Still felt cheap and not much of anything to see. I expected more of the CNE to be used not just a small corner section of it. The people here praising this in the reviews must have really low standards and have not visited AURORA FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS in Ontario place. Now that was worth every penny and was much bigger. To bad it didn't happen this year. I'll still give it a 2 and that's being generous. It's Christmas and I am...

I purchased tickets to this event for December 23rd as a family outing. It was postponed on that date due to inclement weather, which is completely understandable. We rescheduled to January 3rd and received a confirmation email. This was followed up two days later advising that the event will be closed 3rd-5th for maintenance and we were asked to reschedule for a 2nd time. At this point, we couldn’t commit to any other time but we’re denied any pet of refund as it’s ‘final sale’. It appears as though this event is a slight money grab and scam. I would be hesitant to purchase any tickets from the event organiser and/or...

Northern Lights was all I could have dreamed of and more. As a HUGE Christmas fan, it delivered everything you want in a holiday experience: oodles of lights, delicious mulled wine, giant present (like, huge - literally 3 feet tall), and TONS of Christmas trees. I also really loved the Wish Tree idea, where you get the chance to write down a holiday wish and share it with everyone else. These types of touches made the experience more personal than a classic holiday lights display, and I hope they continue to design experiences like this in the future. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Loved it. What a cute experience. Went opening night and my kids have been bugging me to go back since. Lots of great photo opportunities if you're looking to fill out your holiday card, and the Santa Selfie set up is great. Didn't get a mall slot this year, and am glad I was able to get a really nice photo at the set up here. The experience is outdoors so dress warmly. There's a few kid friendly options on the menu and the food was surprisingly good. Hot chocolate was pretty premium and was a hit with my kids. Would recommend!

Had a blast at this fun Christmas experience in Toronto! Twinkly lights everywhere with tons of cool photo ops for the whole fam (loved the wreath swing and the larger than life storybook!). The mulled wine was a treat to enjoy while strolling around. It's definitely chilly so close to the water (brrrr)... need to bundle up. But our visit got us totally in the Christmas spirit and ready to turn on alll the Christmas tunes at home. 10/10, would recommend!
