Went last night for the first time, I had booked for 1.5hrs. Easy to get into the building and lots of parking available. When I got to my designated bay, I noticed the shots weren't being registered properly. I reached out to the contact number and the person called me right now, unlocked another bay for me to test out (which was working perfectly) and for the small inconvenience also extended my simulator time by a bit. Great customer service and I will be back. The simulator tech itself seems decent, its no Trackman of course and im not sure how accurate distance is but the camera replay feature and see ball impact in slow motion does help with...
