i would rate 1 only because there were 2 members of the staff who were constantly after me and my child , felt like there only only keeping an eye on us. i was only in for 20 mins and they have come to us over 4 times. for 1 i was on a video call the camera was on me not even my child i wasnt taking any photos of any body i was just talking to my husband was a call for 30 seconds and they come up and tell me i cant talk on video call. for the next instants my child was playing in front of me my eyes were on him he was hardly at a 2 arm distance and they come to me and tell me i have to be with my child mind you i was with him n i just hardly sat for 5 seconds and this lady zeenat comes up to me and says you have to be with your child . i understand but i can keep n eye on my child and sit for 2 mins. for the 3 rd time they have these building blocks opposite the infant room my baby is only 15 mins old he took one small circle block and was playing with it and went in the infant area and came out literally just went in took a tirn and came out they come to me and tell me the blocks should be played with in just the area . well i know that but he is a child he doesn’t understand your rules i took the block from him n kept it in the area. if you dont like kids playing with block keep them away. they are children and they will tend to take things around they don’t understand your rule and above all give us few minutes to guide them you cant just keep coming up within seconds and keep after us. it takes time to correct a child and let them know what they or they should not do. And more over i saw other parents sitting, using the phone and other children playing with blocks but for some reason ZEENAT AND THE GUY WITH HER IM NOT SURE WHAT HIS NAME IS END WITH BEN was only interested in keeping n eye on me and my baby.it made me feel like they were only vigilant about me and my child as though i was gonna take something n run away. i did tell them that in the 20 mins of my time they have come up to me 4 times. i mean we are not coming there with our kids for an exam we are getting them there to play so they need to relax and moreover give us few minutes to correct the child and these blocks should be put away if they dont want the children to play with them. i come there 3 other times never had an issue the others there are okay but these 2 omg i felt like im not...

Read moreWhat an amazing indoor playground for little ones and kids alike! TO have something like this available throughout the winter has been invaluable to my wife, daughter and I. It's well designed, clean and typically very pleasant to participate with the rest of the community that uses the facility. I do have one complaint, and it's that older kids (between approx 7and 10) have been known to run through it playing tag with maximum effort, which puts all the little ones at risk of getting hit and possibly injured. There is not supposed to be any running, but none of the staff enforce the rule to my knowledge. It's different if a 25lb toddler is "running" around compared to a 50 or 60lb boy. My 2yo was bumped and knocked over, and while he did apologize, which was very nice, it shouldn't have happened at all. I also saw 2 boys running full speed collide around a corner and the sound it made had me worried there might be a concussion or broken bone. Fortunately one was ok and the other only needed a time out to catch his breath and shake a little pain off. Bottom line, staff needs to enforce the rule or change it so other parents can make the call as to whether it's safe for their...
