Canada Post — Local services in Toronto

I have always had very mediocre service at this location for the past few years of dealing with Canada Post! Until today. I went in to do a few errands and had the absolute most pleasant experience from one of the employees who I guess might be new or only working select days.

Her name is Muskan and she was so patient in answering my questions and helping me deal with my return item which needed shipping out!

I would of never even given a second thought to review this place on google but her service and efforts can’t go by unnoticed! Especially for working on a Sunday!

No offence but I always dealt with an older Caucasian woman when going here on the normal weekdays and she was always so grumpy and you can tell never happy to be helping customers etc. For the past few years I’ve been having to deal with her!

Being in an area of mostly immigrants and people who will need a bit more patience when dealing with, she was never providing customers with respect etc. You can tell she was close to retirement and didn’t care about her job.

But now I shall only being going back on weekends to have a respectful and enjoyable customer experience by Muskan!

Canada post you need to hire more employees who actually care about their job and are happy to work, like this individual here...

I want to make a complaint about an employee working named Corinne. It looks like there are a number of one start reviews due to this old woman. She was incredibly rude to me and literally when I asked why she was being so rude said I don't care. Her customer service is unacceptable and she should be let go immediately. There’s this old white woman who was assisting me today. She took down the wrong number for my money order. When I pointed out the mistake she yelled at me . She then went on to throw my bag aside . When I asked he if she was mad at me . She went on to say yes angrily. I asked for someone else to assist me . For which she said well I wish , but there is no one else here.
