SEPHORA — Attraction in Toronto

I really enjoyed my experience at this store the associates don’t bother you every few minutes. I actually felt like I could breath unlike other Sephora locations there’s associates coming to you every five minutes it’s annoying. I actually put in a complaint on a store in Bayview village because they kept asking million times I didn’t even buy anything at that point because my visit there became so uncomfortable. The lady kept seeing all the products I wanted to buy and actually asked if I’m buying all that. Really shocked me. However this store gives you your space and makes you feel welcomed. I wish I could give less than 1 star not to Sephora because I am a loyal customer.I felt So bad today I never felt like this at DonMills location .I visit this location for pick up my birthday gift and one of the coworker told me there’s no gift we gave the last gift befor you came and I surprise cause the store like there’s no customers I felt she doesn’t want to serve me I’m mad cause I use to go donmills location and they never told me before the birthday gift done for today and there much busier than this location I don’t recommend this location and I’m going to complain to their manager when I have chance to go second time it’s not about the gift it’s about how to say something without...

Bea, a sales adviser was incredibly helpful, kind, and committed to assisting all customers at this Sephora! She was running around from customer to customer to ensure everyone’s experience was satisfactory and didn’t hesitate at all to place the large sale going on, on everyone’s radar!

This was my first experience at this Sephora as I usually go to the Yorkdale location, although I’ll definitely be back here since it’s closer and relatively more convenient!
