Read moreI ordered a promotional regular size veggie double queso burrito. The person who served me was a OWNER of the store. He gave me whatever toppings I needed and it doesn’t look like a regular size burrito it was way too small as I eat more often from different locations. I asked him that it’s a regular veggie burrito I can get the guacamole also. He said you can’t get in this one you have to pay extra, if you take the regular veggie you will get and if you take the promo burrito you won’t get. I asked him how come it’s possible. I eat mucho at new market, Bowmanville, Scarborough, Kingston road everywhere I get it? He replied that he doesn’t know what they are doing. The behavior of that OWNER was so cringe I can say. Also when I asked him his name he knew it that I am going to complain and write the review he said me his name wrong and I am 100% sure it’s name is different to what he said. Bcoz I have seen this CRINGE to other locations of Toronto also and his service is same at whatever locations he owns. I have also seen him near donland location in Toronto. He said me his name is ALEX but I guarantee it’s not his name. Such a pathetic and disgusting person with no customer service and I am going to complain to the MUCHO BURRITO HEAD OFFICE. please avoid going at...
Read moreI came here for lunch with coworkers, and it was my first time trying Mucho Burrito. A nice thing about this place is that you get to choose your custom toppings for wraps and bowls, and they are quick enough at preparing orders (good for grabbing a quick bite, but there's a bit of a lunch rush after 12:30pm). There's also a good amount of seating and lots of windows for natural lighting.
I got a large burrito bowl with barbacoa beef (premium protein, extra fee) and cookies (chocolate chip, the only cookie choice) for dessert. The burrito bowl was ok, I found it pretty bland overall - and wasn't crazy about the burrito sauce; the barbacoa beef also lacked flavour and was dry; and the rice was also served cold (which is just what some places do, but I strongly prefer hot rice). The wrap probably would have been a better option for me since they use the press to heat it up. The cookies were extremely sweet and mostly crunchy, and tasted like cheap premade generic cookies. At $2.50/cookie the value just wasn't there especially being a smaller standard size. I'd suggest trying the churros instead - and ordering this first before your burrito, so it's being prepared as you order (since it takes 5mins to prepare).
Overall an...
