TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM — Attraction in Toronto

Been using this branch as my home branch for personal and business accounts since the past 11 years. I have had amazing customer service under the previous leadership of branch manager Stephen Betts and support staff like Craig, Jarrany, Maria etc. (not at this branch or with the institution anymore). However, since the past year or so have had a lot of issues with the customer service of this branch. The staff (not going to name anyone) are extremely rude and arrogant and seem like the customer service has gone on a hike. I am finally moving away from this branch and taking my business to another TD branch. The reason I write this review now is because I have been a TD customer since the past 13-14 years or so and have found TD to be an amazing financial institution, however this branch has recently made me feel the need to try taking my business to another institution. Second time visiting this branch and I have to really appreciate the help from Samuel the both times I went in. Not only was he able to remember me from a month ago, but he was able to help me the issue I was having with my banking needs.
