An Authentic Taste of Nepal – Right Here at Falcha Fusion!
I recently visited Falcha Fusion with my friends, and I have to say, it was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single item brought back a wave of nostalgia and reminded me of home.
The buff and chicken jhol momos were absolutely delicious – juicy, flavorful, and served in a perfectly spiced broth. The chilly chicken momo had just the right balance of heat and flavor, making it a standout for spice lovers. We also tried the chauchau sadheko and alu sadheko, which were tangy, spicy, and full of bold Nepali flavors.
A special shoutout goes to their signature Newari khaja set – it was so authentic and satisfying! But what truly amazed me was the tama (bamboo shoots) – it tasted exactly like the ones from Nepal. When I asked, they told me it’s imported directly from Nepal, and it really shows in the taste. It brought a real sense of home to the meal.
To complement our food, we enjoyed their masala chiya (tea), mango shakes, and they even treated us to some iced latte for dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. The owner, the didi, and all the staff were so kind and friendly – they really made us feel at home. We had also planned a birthday surprise for a friend, and the staff went above and beyond to help us pull it off perfectly.
We had such a great time filled with laughter, great food, and memorable moments. If you’re looking for a taste of Nepal or just want to try something unique and flavorful, Falcha Fusion is the place to go. Highly recommend it – we’ll...

The food was outstanding—authentic flavors that really reminded me of Nepal. The momo (dumplings) were perfectly steamed and flavorful, the curry dishes were rich and aromatic, and the spices were balanced just right. Each dish tasted fresh and made with care.
The service was also impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to explain the menu, which made the experience even better.

Loved their momos both chicken and veg , also chef recommended starter. The warmth and service is very welcoming. Cozy and friendly vibes reminded me of North Bengal, kalimpong vibes. As I’m from Kolkata and have had many visits to North Bengal and their food and people. We ordered paneer korma which was fantastic in taste, but we’re disappointed with the kadhai chicken , normally we know it’s suppose to be spicy and have bell peppers and whole onions , but here they put tomatoes and too many I mean which made it sweet. The host took the feedback in a good way and promised to serve us our spice level next time. I’m thrilled to visit this place.
We had an amazing Sunday evening spent with friends today. Coming back soon...
