Langley Seniors Village — Attraction in Township of Langley

Sadly, this review needs to be written on this website. Had the most negative experience as a Uber driver, picking up and dropping off Pinky a staff member that works here. No greeting when getting in my car, she slammed my car door shut. I was thinking of canceling the ride but thought maybe she didn't hear me, she was wearing large ear phones. Maybe she was in a hurry.... The Uber map wasn't picking up the correct drop off location and she abruptly told me it's wrong(like it's my fault). When she was leaving my car, she did not say thank you. I called her out for not being thankful, she said that she said thank you assuming I didn't hear her. I said I didn't hear you, she accused me of wearing earphones for not hearing her. I was wearing 1 small Bluetooth earphone. I feel sorry for her coworkers that have to deal with her ugly personality and scared for the seniors that have to deal with her and the visitors that have to tolerate her rude tone and demeanor. My father moved here after suffering a stroke and was having troubles adapting to life alone at home in a wheelchair. Since moving in here he seems to be doing much better now and always has a smile on his face when I visit. I feel much more comfortable knowing there's always someone around if he needs help or has a fall. The staff here has been great, the rooms are nice and wheelchair friendly (wider doors), and have air conditioning which not all of the AL homes we visited had. He enjoys the food, and sitting with his tablemates gives him such much needed socializing rather than being secluded at home. We highly recommend Langley Seniors Village, it's a lovely...

Our uncle, George Critchlow, resided at Langley Seniors Village for 10 years. LSV quickly became his home. Management and staff demonstrated kindness, love, and excellent care for George. Staff constantly went over and above to make him feel valued and loved. We are forever grateful for the excellent care provided to George; he truly loved Langley Seniors Village.
