Triple O’s Aldergrove Credit Union Community Centre — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Today’s service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been here 2x previously and although the service was poor then, today was like the twilight zone. Several employees leaning and on their phones while I am standing waiting to be served. The woman that services me didn’t seem to speak, didn’t seem to know anything I asked for and was in a fog. After 5 people milling around in the back like ants prepared my salad, it was given to me without a word. It was missing both dressing and croutons and when I asked for them it was as though I had requested a lizard….multiple people blankly stared at me, I asked again and one of the employees just walked away. No explanation! I assumed they were going to look for croutons. Staff just standing in the back staring at me. After 10 minutes she returned without saying a word. Then a woman who had been on her phone the entire time I had been there came to the counter and said there were no croutons.

My goodness, whoever owns this particular franchise needs to assess the quality of workers and training, were this my business I would be mortified.

To add insult to injury my chicken was entirely inedible - it was 100 rubber & gristle.

Terrible experience. There was 5 or 6 employees working behind the counter practically tripping over each other to make our food. The food took forever and my sprite was terrible, I wouldn’t even call it sprite. The one employee stared at me holding out my food waiting for me to grab it speaking not a word to me. He then came back and put my sauce on the other side of the counter and then left. I had to reach across after a few minutes of waiting to be properly served. We were not given a bag with our purchase and had to ask for one. To top it all off the employee working the till was mopping and packaging our food. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this location, they have horrible customer service as well as it is...

Sooooooo ... Im here now and am having a horrible experience!! used to love the girls here last year....and well today it all changed..im the only.one ordering food and the girl who i was clearly "disturbing her cell phine time". Was such a cow omg!
