Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology — Attraction in Vancouver

Though the room is small, the place is filled with information. Many of the artefacts exposed are described in great details. It also has a slice of the soil built into a wall with the first evidence of our early ancestors coming from Asia to come across North America. I would have given 4 stars, but I am giving 5 since Mr. Rob Rondeau took time to show me personally some of the exhibition and also took time to hear and add on to my curiosity and enquiries about themes I have shown and would like to extend on in class with my grade 3 students. It’s located inside the SFU building, easy parking and near to transportation. You need to figure your way inside the university building to reach it . It is almost completely dedicated to the history of Aboriginal people's rather than archeology of a broader range, which might not be of interest to everyone.
