This is very good use of downtown traditional office/retail space for higher education purposes in the middle of the city. The facility is accessed from Hastings Street by a down escalator or on the other sides by street-level entrances. The food court on the lower level of Harbour Centre has good options for a quick, hot meal at a reasonable price. Elevators are also available (including a free one to the Vancouver Lookout at the top of the Harbour Centre).
