The West End Community Centre is a hidden gem in our neighborhood, offering a wide array of activities and amenities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the community. With its plethora of offerings, this center truly stands out as a hub of community engagement. One of the standout features of this community center is its impressive library. The collection is not only extensive but also meticulously curated, providing an enriching experience for bookworms and knowledge seekers. What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the library staff. Their dedication to helping patrons and their willingness to assist the elderly with using computers and printers is commendable. The center itself is a model of cleanliness and organization, making it an inviting space for residents of all ages. The staff throughout the facility are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home for many. What I appreciate most about the West End Community Centre is its commitment to environmental sustainability. They offer valuable resources and information about going green, fostering an awareness of our responsibility to keep the environment safe and clean. This proactive approach to sustainability sets a positive example for the entire community. In conclusion, the West End Community Center is more than just a recreational facility; it's a cornerstone of our community. With its multitude of activities, excellent library, friendly staff, and environmental consciousness, it has become an invaluable asset to our neighborhood, contributing to the overall quality of life for its residents.

The academy is very simple but has a plenty of aerobic and weight training equipment. The spinning class is good and the place contains various bikes. Sometimes is a lit bit hot inside but they have a fan to turn the room fresher I do not know about the other activities but I observe a substantial frequency in the other classes. The atmosphere in the weight room is nice but there's no instructor showing if you are doing right or not your workout. They open every day including Sundays, what is very good to practice over the weekend. The price is affordable but a lit bit confuse since you have to decide on Flax Passes or Activities. They should have a combo pass also affordable … Every week they put some notice in order to motivate people to practice exercise … it is very funny the themes that they present. If you are in Downtown Vancouver for sure this is the more complete place to do exercises.

Really good community center in comparison to others in Vancouver. Anough clean, not smelly and the most important not overcrowded with homeless! So it's really possible to use center in all aspects and not scary to take kids in. Sorry for not fancy pictures but they are from the side entrance, which is the most convenient for me and it's a big plus to comfort that they have multiple entrances. Center location in West Vancouver is awesome, getting from English Bay area in just a short walk. Kind and knowledgeable staff helps with all of my questions. The only minus is a lack of free parking. With all other aspects anough satisfied!

Lots of activities! Could be cleaner and newer but it's a community center, so know what to expect. It's a great place accessible to everyone, which is what a community center should be about. Everyone is friendly and there is really a lot to do! There is a skating ring, piano rooms, group fitness classes, a public library, you really cannot get bored. Just to be clear, it's not a luxury center that costs hundreds of dollars in membership, so don't expect it to be like that. But it's a great place for hanging out and trying something new, especially if you are on a budget. I would definitely go back. There are also some activities for kids. Ask at the front desk. There are booklets for tourists and locals. Lots of information about what's going on. Just ask, someone will help you find what you are...
