I booked a scenic Indian Arm Lunch Cruise the last day of August 2025 and I was very excited to experience it, as a very long time living in Vancouver and being a Vancouverite for over 30 years - I never been that far north of the city. I was looking forward to a well deserved relaxation on the 4-hours trip, enjoying the scenery and my own company. What completely ruined my daily trip to Indian Arm is a manager of Harbour Cruises - Lara, who was also on the boat that day. She was extremely rude, no customer skills whatsoever, unprofessional, and behaving as entitled as she can be. She has no idea of how to do seatings of the guests, nor is willing to accomodate guests when guests complains about their seatings, or when guests finds themselves being seated between loud and rowdy group of guests. If guests have any impairment or disability (mobility issues) - a manager will seats such guests on the top floor of the boat, being farther away from any door or exits. I've witnessed seniors with walkers being seated on the second floor and looking very uneasy and unhappy. She seated me - a single person - in between two large groups of people, where one group of tourists from QC were very loud, tipsy, and without any considerations that other guests are sitting in their section too. When I asked two servers to move me elsewhere, because I didn't booked the cruise tix to listen obnoxiously loud and tipsy tourists, both servers tried to accomodate me but their manager Lara made such a stink of jumping into conclusions that I am a loud guest, accusing me that other guests were complaing about me being loud, and also, she was verbally very abusive, yelling, and verbally agressive with her staff - especially to server Vedrana who tried her best to accomodate me. I booked a cruise trip to relax on my own, not to engage into any conversations with other guests, so being accused by Lara that I'm a "loud guest" was a wild speculation, an overreach, and such a blunt lie! Supervisor of the shift Fatima also get involved and a server Vedrana seated me on the second floor. Both Fatima and Vedrana are real professionals, very polite, with excellent customer service skills, and a common sense skills. The boat wasn't fully booked and 1/3 of the tables were empty. Server Karolina, who was also there, made sure that I'm okay and that I got the food and drinks I like and ordered, and she was very apologetic for her manager's behaviour. It seems that their manager Lara is the most embarrassing member of their staff, and she acted and reacted as a JUVENILE! She almoust ruined my cruising experienced and it took me a while to get over the vibes of being unwelcomed and unwanted as a guest who paid the ticket price for the cruise. Their company's Human Resources should learn about this guest's unpleasant experience and have a serious talk with their manager Lara about Lara's awful, abusive, and extremely toxic behaviour towards guests and the staff. The next time, I will think twice before booking another cruise with...

Title: An Enchanting Voyage: Harbour Cruise Vancouver Delivers a Delightful Hour on a Sunny Day

Rating: ★★★★★

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on the Harbour Cruise Vancouver, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. With clear blue skies and the warm sun casting its golden glow, the stage was set for a perfect outing along Vancouver's picturesque waterfront.

The one-hour tour began at the picturesque Coal Harbour, where I boarded the immaculate vessel. Right from the start, the crew's warm welcome and professionalism set a positive tone for the journey. Their knowledge and passion for the city's landmarks and history were evident, making the tour both educational and engaging.

As we gracefully glided across the serene waters, I found myself mesmerized by the breathtaking scenery that unfolded before me. The city's skyline, dominated by towering glass buildings juxtaposed against the rugged mountains, created a remarkable sight. The knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into each landmark we passed, enriching the experience and deepening my appreciation for Vancouver's architectural marvels.

The highlight of the cruise was undoubtedly the close-up view of Stanley Park, one of Vancouver's most cherished gems. The lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and towering trees were a testament to the city's commitment to preserving its natural beauty. The guide shared captivating stories about the park's history and its significance to the local community, leaving me in awe of this urban oasis.

Throughout the journey, the vessel maintained a smooth and comfortable ride, allowing passengers to relax and soak in the surroundings. The spacious outdoor deck provided ample opportunity to capture stunning photographs or simply enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. Alternatively, the cozy indoor seating area offered a comfortable retreat for those seeking shelter from the sun.

The Harbour Cruise Vancouver also ensured the safety and well-being of its passengers. The crew diligently followed all health and safety protocols, creating a worry-free environment for everyone on board.

In conclusion, the Harbour Cruise Vancouver delivered an enchanting hour-long journey that exceeded all my expectations. From the awe-inspiring views of the city's skyline to the captivating tales shared by the knowledgeable guide, every moment was filled with wonder and delight. Whether you're a local looking to rediscover Vancouver or a visitor eager to explore its beauty, this cruise is an absolute must-do. Prepare to be captivated by the city's charm as you embark on this delightful adventure on a sunny day.

Note: It's always a good idea to check with the cruise operator for any potential changes in itinerary, operating hours, or safety protocols before...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the most incredible experience on the Vancouver Sunset Dinner Cruise, and I can't recommend it enough! 🌅🚢 From start to finish, it was a five-star adventure that exceeded all expectations. The leisurely 2.5-hour cruise allowed me to take in breathtaking views of the downtown skyline, Canada Place's cruise ship terminal, the magnificent North Shore Mountains, and the iconic Stanley Park. 🌇🏞️ The scenery was simply awe-inspiring, and it felt like I was floating in a dream. But it wasn't just the views that stole my heart; the West Coast-themed cuisine was an absolute delight! 🍽️🍤 We were treated to a mouthwatering selection, including succulent salmon and tender roast beef. The flavors were a perfect reflection of the region, and every bite was a culinary journey on its own. The live music added a magical touch to the evening, creating an ambiance that was nothing short of enchanting. 🎵✨ And then came the highlight of the evening—the sunset. As the sun slowly disappeared into the Pacific Ocean, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors that left me speechless.
