Best staff you'll ever deal with. Great selection of watches and great deals (remember these are either overstock or discontinued and they come here for another chance). Jenny and her team are always a delight to shop with!
2024 update: I have to say, it's been very disappointing dealing with the staff here. I miss the old staff who actually used to care about working with customers, but I guess the entire retail industry is slowly changing and they're just hiring anybody as a manager.
I was inquiring about a potential warranty issue with my watch, and I wanted to know if the watch was still under warranty to decide whether I want to fix it or not at my own expense, and I recall fossil being able to look up the serial number if you didn't have the receipt, and they would base the warranty based on the manufacturing date that's identified by the serial number. However, the staff there is fairly fresh, and the so-called manager, who claimed to have been working there for 5 years, had told me that fossil never did this, when 1) she's a liar, because I knew who the manager was at that location back in 2019 and in 2020 and even in 2021, on a first name basis, even when they changed, and 2) if the customer's experience in the past tells you this was the process, it's up to you to not say that you haven't heard of this process before (especially since I know you have not been working there for 5 years) and try to make the customer look like a liar just because you're unaware of past processes, but say instead well we've changed our process since then. Don't give attitude thinking you know everything when I've been buying Fossil watches for well over 20 years, which is probably longer than you've been on this Earth. Fossil, do better with hiring your staff, especially people you call managers, and have them lead by example and not have crappy attitude and zero integrity.
I normally could care less about reviewing retail locations, because the experience is what it is, but I just had to update this because this was an incredibly infuriating experience, especially with the attitude of this manager, who I couldn't get her name because it was very hard to pronounce, and none of the staff are wearing name tags (another flaw).
I'll stick with going to the Watch Station, which is directly across from them, because it's the same company anyway. And the staff is so much more friendly there, even if they're just there to sell things, they're incredibly accommodating and super...

Store Manager Jenny went above and beyond—she personally called a few other store managers to resolve the dispute and guided us through the process with complete professionalism and care. Her dedication to helping us was clear, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
In addition to Jenny, Sukhyee and Iris, the sales associates, were incredibly helpful. They assisted us in every way possible—from supporting the gift card issue to helping us find the perfect watches we were looking for. Their genuine effort and patience did not go unnoticed.
What truly stood out to me was how the entire team gave 100% to ensure we were taken care of. It's rare these days to find a store where customer service is this consistent and heartfelt. You can truly feel that the customer comes first at this location.

Read moreCame today with my girlfriend to get a watch she got for Christmas resized. Got to the store relatively early at around 11 and the store was pretty much empty. When my girlfriend asked an employee to get her watch resized, he told her that they couldn't resize her specific watch at this location (even though it was bought from there) and she'd have to go to Square One to get it done. That didn't sit right with me and I decided to come back an hour later by myself to see why it couldn't be done. I spoke to a separate employee and she resized it with no problem at all. I guess there was a rapid change in policy in the hour that had passed, or more likely one of your employees didn't want to do their job and decided to send me to a location an hour away for no reason at all. I'd also like to add while I was waiting in line two people cut in front of me and when I asked them to get to the back they blatantly lied and said they were there the whole time and the employee proceeded to attend to them first, despite watching them walk across the store and cut in front of me.
