Extremely dissapointed. First time visiting this store because i was visiting the area. I go inside and thought id get a sub combo. Theres a lineup of around 3 people so I thought lets use the washroom. As im walking towards the washroom the lady making the subs shouts at me and says the washroom is for paying customers only in a rude tone. I asked her why she was assuming that I wont buy anything. At theat point another Indian lady from the back (persuming manager) starts getting hostile and aghressive with with me. Saying that "people" like me take advtantage of using the bathroom and not buy anything and when told not to wrote dishonest google reviews. Why discriminate someone and assume the worst? Is this any way to talk to a customer? Both their tones and their presumptions about me were very disrespectful. All I asked in return is: why are you assuming?? Why would i walk into the restaurant if i didnt want to buy a sub? Dont I have the right to use the bathroom if im waiting in a long line and i need to go? This customer service is unacceptable. Imagine if they are talking this way to me for this situation, how would they talk to people when they want a little extra lettuce, or sauce on their sub??? I left respectfully without being rude to anyone. I later went to a different mr.sub location and told them what happend and they said there isnt anything wrong with people using our washrooms and said go ahead no problem. And i wasnt even a regular person i was about to buy a sandwich... If your company accepts this kind of disrespect for customers I wont ever be visiting your franshise again. Very...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service at this location. As a local resident, I occasionally have to grab a late meal after work. According to their posted closing time of 11 pm, I assumed I would be able to dine in. However, on two separate occasions, I was informed by the same staff member that the dining area was already closed, despite arriving well before closing time. The first time, I let it slide, but tonight (Tuesday), I arrived at 9:50 pm, over an hour before closing, only to be turned away once again. I politely asked why I couldn't eat inside for just 10 minutes, but the staff member dismissively claimed that all restaurants follow this policy. This response was both condescending and disrespectful. It is evident that this individual is more interested in avoiding additional cleanup than providing proper service. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I intend to file a complaint with the head office to address this issue.
The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff member I encountered is deeply disheartening. Being denied the opportunity to dine inside, especially when arriving well before closing time, is frustrating and inconvenient. It is clear that the staff member's actions were driven by laziness rather than any legitimate reason. Closing the dining area over an hour before the designated closing time demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers and a disregard for providing a positive dining experience. I believe it is crucial for the head office to be aware of this issue, and I eagerly anticipate their response to rectify this...
Read moreI’m literally writing this in the parking lot looking at the store. Unfortunately, this is the only Mr. Subs in the Maple so I have to come to this one. Normally the gentleman and the lady that are here are actually really good friendly nice helpful. But today the guy who was there was horrible dropping things not putting the subs together correctly. Just slapping it on not listening to the ingredients that I want. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience today, I asked for his name because I wanted to let Mr. Subs know of what a bad job he was doing or the owner of this location and apparently he cannot give out his name all I know is that if I come back and he is here they will not have my business with that kind of person serving food. and when did they stop washing their hands...
