This is worst KFC in the world from Asia to Europe to America in my 45 years around the world! It is a SHAME to have these guys cooking under such a brand. I cannot why they are still opening today, maybe today they have new cooker and he looks just 18 years old, definitely not passing the minimum qualification, plus the cashier only wants to dump old pieces to the bucket. the cut is wrong. I have never seen KFC serves wings with wing tip. the breast piece is as thick as 3". How could you fry such a big piece correct? It is as dry as home depot's 2x4 lumber! it is not fresh fried. It is baked or microwaved! These thick white meat has no juice at all. Your finger touch it, it does not bend. When you chew it, your cheek hurts because your muscle works too hard! I never refilled the drink in any KFC before, this is the first time I refilled. Because the meat is way too dry! the thick meat has no taste at all! should there be a thin layer of salt before you coat it and fry it? when I order 12-piece, should I have at least a quarter red meat? I only have one, yes just one leg! The rest 10 pieces are all wrong thick breast. Yes, there is 1 smaller breast, which is cooked right, but no taste.
Save your money and time, go to Vaughan Mills. There is no refill, and the line there is longer, and the service is as bad as this location, but the meat there is cooked right.

Read morePlaced an order at 6:08pm for a simple small order on the website. Smooth process and said it was to be delivered by 6:48pm. Thought it was a reasonable time considering I was only about 3-5km away. 7:20pm, have not received food yet. Other food ordered elsewhere, after this order was already delivered to the house. Called the KFC location again (the number directs to Pizza Hut btw), waited for over 20 mins still no one picked up. Called on 2nd, 3rd and 4 phones, simultaneously to get someone to pick up (“this customer is not taking calls at the moment” or a busy dial tone). I had to call the 1-866 number instead to finally talk to a live person who helped me to cancel the order. It was absurd for over 1.5 hour have not received the order yet. Upon cancellation, I immediately got a call from the number I was trying to contact to ask what is the issue. I explained why I cancelled order and how unacceptable it was. Without offering/apology for the order, they said “you cancelled, ok”. If they think this is customer service, need to take another 101 course again. Read moreI had an absolutely horrible experience while eating at the dine in buffet Friday July 27th. The only positive part about the buffet was that the two young ladies who were serving the food were incredibly nice and understanding. My first issue came when I asked for a cup of water to drink instead of the pop that was offered but I was told that their management no longer allows customers to be served water unless it's bought in a bottle. Ridiculous especially when I'm already paying for an all you can eat buffet where I can get all the chicken and pizza I want but not water??? Unfortunately there was a family near by with a 4 year old daughter who also was only given the choice of pop. To make things even worse as I was waiting to pay at the counter, there was an argument started by one of the older ladies in the back with other kitchen staff. She was screaming and hitting pans and at one point it looked as if she shoved one of the younger servers. This location is insanely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs!
