YOOO, BIGGEST VIOLATION OF 2025.

Nahhh fam, Guac Mexi Grill needs to hold a public apology for what they just did to me. I ordered a burrito with bare toppings, thinking I was about to eat good.

Fam, this burrito was 80% rice, 10% disappointment, and 10% wrapper fighting for its life. ONE piece of chicken, bro. One. My guac? A single teaspoon like it’s coming out of a ration kit. Cheese? Bro, the cheese was an urban legend—heard about it, never seen it. Sour cream? I think they waved it over the burrito and kept it moving. I got finessed in 4K.

And for $15?? Fam, I coulda went to my auntie’s house and got a whole meal plus leftovers. I actually had to sit down and reflect on my life choices.

AND THE WORST PART? It was an Uber Eats DELIVERY. So I didn’t even clock the scam till the food touched down. By then, what was I supposed to do? Fight the burrito through the Uber app? Message customer service like, “Yo, where’s the rest of my meal?” What are they gonna do, airlift me some extra chicken?? Nah man, I just had to sit there, hold the L, and eat my sorrow.

Guac Mexi Grill, you lot are moving RECKLESS. This is a top-tier bamboozle. A culinary betrayal of the highest order. You need to fix up IMMEDIATELY. Until then? Zero stars. No stars. Negative stars....

I never take the time to write reviews. Far too much effort, but I’m irritated enough to do so today.

I have been ordering from this location for years. The quality has always been superb. I’ve always been satisfied with my meal. I ordered my regular meal (stake tacos, chips and guacamole) again today and was shocked when it arrived. Not only were the contents of the taco not in the taco on arrival (I don’t blame the restaurant for that) the meal itself was disgusting. I don’t know if they have a new owner, new manager, new employees or what, but everything was off. There was barely any meat in the shell, the tortilla shells themselves were terrible and chewy, they are using a new cheap like Taco Bell orange cheese, they toppings they usually have did not have the same flavors profile and balance, the way the sauces come (usually drizzled over the taco) has totally changed. Even the brownie I usually order has been split in half and the price increased. It was all just so terrible from beginning to end. I could barely fathom it. Hands down one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a a long time.

Whatever you all are doing over there STOP. Go back to how it was. Don’t cost cut on ingredients. Just protect the integrity of your product or people will stop...

Ordered online and was impressed with what I got. The chicken burrito had good flavor and good size to it. The queso was solid as well. Will be back

EDIT: Recently moved to the area and order Mexican food regularly. First order was good, fresh and well put together!

However, I have ordered twice more since then and my experience changed drastically. All orders made via Uber eats.

Second order the meat in the burrito didn’t seem fresh and there wasn’t much in it, mostly veggies. There was also a lot of sauce. A lot of bites were just tortilla, sauce, lettuce.

Third order was unacceptable. Chicken burrito which was very loosely wrapped. Way too much sauce. This resulted in a burrito that just fell apart after the first bite. When I looked inside there was again very little meat and what I had was dry.
