Probably the worst location for a fast food restaurant. You need a car to get there. There are no anchor stores around. The houses across the street are fenced off from the street by a brick wall. The only reason why you are there is because you have a Whopper craving.
In my case I had to travel out to the middle of no where to get my BK fix. There are no Burger Kings on Yonge St north of the city or along the major streets. None at the major malls. None even at a strip mall. The only reason I went there was because there were no other Burger King franchises near my area.
Why no love for Burger King in my area is a mystery because the food is delicious and affordable. The staff at the location were friendly, store was clean, service was excellent. When I was young, McDonald's and Burger King were head to head, now I only see McDonald's around me.
I got a Whopper combo with onion rings and a Cherry Coke. Burger pattie was flame broiled with fresh toppings. Onion rings were breaded and tasty. Cherry Coke was a scarce commodity.
Placed beside a McDonald's I'm sure Burger King would give the golden arches a run for it's money. For those that live in the north central area of Toronto this is probably your go to Burger King. Definitely worth the visit if you have a Whopper craving.
Install the BK app and you score some reasonable...

She came back about five minutes later to take the next person. Then wondered away again. I told the man in front of me to tell her she'd lost my business when I left at 6:14 pm. The first guy didn't have any food yet and neither did anybody else.
There was no one in the drive thru and other than the crew talking the restaurant was nearly silent and mostly empty.
They had a bunch of bags of chicken nuggets lined up under the warming rack like they're expecting a big rush, but were nearly empty. That's going to be some wasted food or someone getting cold chicken soon.
Please fix your restaurant before you lose more customers. Your food is good, your...
Read moreToday, I tried the Quarter Pound King deal at Burger King — two Quarter Pound King burgers for just $11. I also added an order of cheese sticks and two fountain drinks. Overall, it was a pretty satisfying experience!
The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with the signature flame-grilled taste that Burger King is known for. The portion size was generous — definitely filling for the price. The cheese sticks were crispy on the outside and gooey inside, a nice little side snack. As for the fountain drinks, they were fresh and had the right amount of carbonation.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate. For a quick, budget-friendly meal, I’d say it definitely hit the spot. I’d come back for...
