The Bubble Jump Park - Vaughan — Attraction in Vaughan

I went there today with my four kids for the first time the place was beautiful and so safe area for the kids to play and have lots of fun my Kids loved it. The only issue I had is they are charging me as a parent half price of the ticket for myself because of my two year-old child which I already purchased a full ticket for her,so my 2 year old child ticket cost $37.5+tax per hour that did not make sense for me at all. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was so helpful so kind and I believe he understood my point but the only thing he said it’s how this business is,he did not put the rules I told him to give my message to whoever is putting the rules , that is not right when you charge a parent 50% of the ticket price just to supervise your child. I already paid for full tickets for my four kids. I don’t need to pay any dollar extra specially the tickets are not cheap. They are $25 plus tax per each child , the manager said he will pass my message and I hope that the business owner will look into this point because me as a parent I do not want to pay money for myself when I’m not there to play just to supervise my child they do this to any child that is 4 years old and under, however, the manager made me to skip paying the 50% off ticket for myself as I was there for the first time, but I told him I won’t even be happy to pay it next time I come here because I believe this is not right he said this rules has put because of the capacity, they can’t have more than hundred people at a time so me as a parent I’m taking another child’s spot but again I told him that is not my fault and that is not my responsibility to pay to supervise my child. I still don’t believe this is a right rule and I don’t think anybody with four kids would be happy to pay for...

I’ve been to The Bubble in Vaughan many times for birthday parties, and my kids always have a blast. This time, we came just for a drop-in visit—an hour in the bubble followed by some time in the video game area—and I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service from every single staff member working that day.

From check-in to the end of our visit, the team went above and beyond. The customer service was truly spectacular. Everyone made sure the kids were safe, happy, and having fun. While I wish I had gotten everyone's names, I did have the chance to speak with Arik, the supervisor, who was incredibly kind and grateful to hear our positive feedback.

Special shoutout to Carlos at the prize station, who showed such patience and kindness to every child—never getting frustrated with requests to change colours or check other prizes. He made sure every kid left happy.

And then there was Callogero (aka “Calo”)—he was amazing to watch. From outside the bubble, I could see how much care he put into making sure everything ran smoothly and safely. He kept things moving like a well-oiled machine and made sure every child was engaged and cared for. The Bubble is lucky to have him on their team.
