We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at Tiny Town Vaughan. We rented the venue exclusively for our guests which made it super comfortable for both the children and adults that joined our celebration. We had children from all ages between 1-14yrs and they all had a great time. The older children engaged in dress-up play with the younger children. The adults enjoyed themselves as well, knowing they could allow their children to roam and explore freely in a safe and clean space that was exclusively for our guests. Amanda (Red) did an excellent job setting up a beautiful party room and ensuring all went smoothly throughout the evening… she truly went above and beyond! Amanda (Red) and Amanda were both extremely helpful prior to the party, helping me coordinate a perfect event. Diana, the owner of Tiny Town, also owns Caledon Ballons and created the beautiful ballon decor for our party. The Ballons still look gorgeous weeks later! We also kept the coffee bar open for our guests which seemed to be a hit! All in all, it was a perfect venue for our son’s first birthday celebration. The space accommodated our 75 guests of all ages comfortably and everyone had a great time. It is a wonderful space to host a child’s birthday party of this grandeur.

Came here for the first time about 3 years ago with my kindergarten class and it was great. It seems 3 years later they have the exact same stuff out. Same "stores" and same toys.. some survived, some didn't. Most seem very run down. 2 large plush snakes with barely any filling left, they look filthy and it's a porous material so I doubt they're machine washing it everyday. Today they opened at 2 so maybe for the first hour there was 1 worker cleaning up after the kids, then a big party arrived and they stopped cleaning entirely. Adults standing around everywhere yet still unsupervised running around. Now the food options...I opted for a "cheese tortilla pizza" pictures above, literally a cold small white tortilla with some sort of sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese with a side of costco sized salty lays poured on a tiny plate. Minutes before closing no one cared to announce they were closing soon so they started aggressively cleaning up in-between the running kids everywhere then turn the lights off at 6. Try some new themes or options once in a while tiny town. Hope not to get a 4x longer response from a "manager" on here

We’ve been here twice. Once on a weekday which was a great experience. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff working were always putting things back into their proper rooms/place so it always stayed fun and engaging for the kids. The second time we happened to go for a drop in session while there was also a party happening at the same time. Huge mistake on our end, we should have left and came back another day. It was extremely rowdy. There isn’t enough toys compared to the ratio of kids. Their grocery store for example only has two shopping carts and there is only one stroller in the family playroom which are both popular pieces that kids like and frequently fight over. It was very loud and overwhelming. Staff weren’t as involved so everything was all over the place. I snapped this photo when the party kids went into the party room which gave the other drop in kids a brief moment of peaceful play (despite random toys being all over the place).

Honestly, not impressed. Have been here before as drop in with my now 2 year old, and it was great. Hence, booked his Birthday party. Well that’s a whole different story. I did not buy the balloons from the owner (purely because she me to get back to her on the same day to confirm the order and I didn’t see the message so I thought it was too late and arranged something else) -therefore I didn’t ask for decorations from them. I got 15-20mins to set up even though there was noone in the room before us- I was told anything more than that- is a surcharge. ($55 for 30mins)15- 20 mins is not only not enough to set up, but when you arrive and spend 10minutes just trying to find someone to even show you which room you will be in- while holding a toddler and about 5 bags noone asking you if you needed help- it gets EXTREMELY frustrating that you have to now set up your kid’s party in 10! Minutes. Staff didn’t help at all even though saw me scrambling.Obviously 10minutes is not enough even if you don’t have a huge “production “ so I set up by 4:30 ish.( I booked the 4-6 timeslot. ) By about 5 -the staff started cleaning up and putting things away. (same sort of feeling as when they start putting the chairs up in a restaurant). My guests left after about 1 hour (that’s food, cake , play included)because of this as the place was clearly closing -which is pretty steep that we got to “celebrate “ for 1 hour really for the price. I wanted to plan more parties here but won’t and won’t recommend it. Drop in play yes. Parties no, sorry. It feels like a giant ripoff - I barely was able to get a picture with my son on his 2nd Birthday and was barely able to spend time with him. This time will never come back again so I am not impressed at all. Would have been much better to do a party at home and drop in and play.I am all for supporting local businesses but not when you don’t get your...

Seriously, this place is exactly what it claims to be. I see so many reviews about lack of toys, but they don’t boast about quantity of toys. Honestly, when I’ve gone with my nephew (he’s 3.5), sometimes I have felt like there are less toys than other play places, that being said, the type of toys and the impact of the toys that they have is 100x better than just a “play place”. This is a space where kids are asked to use their imagination and role play and try new things. There’s so much to do!

In addition to that, I’ve never had an issue with the staff and the cleanliness is amazing. I went today with my nephew for the Spider-Man event. We were well received and the event was so well done. Organized and a great experience overall. I was genuinely happy with it. We usually expect these events to be a few pics with the character and that’s all. This was so interactive and he loved every minute.

The only thing I could complain about is the lack of seating (as well as some of the choices of the people who come there). There are only like 10 tables (I didn’t count but just in general) and people tend to leave their food on tables to save them I guess? It’s really tough to get my nephew to move away from the toys for a snack, and when we finally did, we had nowhere to sit. This isn’t something that would make me re-think returning, just a thought.

Either way, this place is an educational and fun place and I was so happy to have attended the event today. My nephew hasn’t stopped...
