EMPLOYEE PROBLEM AT WHITE WATER CANYON I witnessed at the White Water Canyon ride. An employee stopped the entire ride over a situation involving a young girl—around 6 years old—who was attempting to ride a second time. It appeared the family was doing a standard parent swap: the girl had ridden once with one group of adults prob family, while her mother stayed back with a baby. After the ride, the adults handed the girl off to another family with her mother this time and who have waited in line, to accompany her on a second ride.
Initially, the staff seemed to allow it, but one particular employee—who I believe was named Saadiya—began arguing and said the child couldn’t ride again, even though the family had been told she could. After some back-and-forth, the staff relented and began preparing for the ride, telling the family to buckle up. But then the same employee started arguing again, even while other employees seemed fine with letting the ride continue. Eventually, the ride was stopped a second time.
During the argument, the employee (Saadiya ) called the man an “idiot” and was acting very unprofessionally. Guests in line began recording the situation, some cursing and blaming the family, which made them appear to be the problem. I was in line and saw the entire incident. The family ended up walking away feeling upset, humiliated, and ashamed. It wouldn’t surprise me if this ends up on TikTok or social media.
To make matters worse, when the man involved asked the employee(Saadiya)for her name, she attempted to hide it and claimed she didn’t have one. I’m shocked to see this kind of behavior from Wonderland staff. It made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. As someone who enjoys visiting with family, this experience makes me question whether guests—especially parents—are being treated fairly.
I hope wonderland takes action to...
Read moreIt was pretty fun, especially since I was on the ride with my friends, but I was underwhelmed. I was expecting the water to be a bit more rough, so I was disappointed by the relative calmness of it and the short stature of the bumps. I understand if it's for safety reasons, but it still takes away from the experience...

Before the ride I thought it would be a casual stroll in the river path...I was dead wrong. I ended up getting soaked not once but twice, while the other riders got slightly sprayed.
To sum it up, take a chance if you/and or your group wants something to laugh about...
