I have been going to Dermature for several months (~6) , under care of Anastasia. Everything about the place and care is excellent!! Firstly, I should say I generally avoid places where it's difficult to find parking (and it's not easy for me to use public transit for personal reasons), but I am actually happy doing it because Anastasia is just worth it. She is experienced and very honest in her treatment choices for your needs. She is extremely clean, which is highly important in centers such as this. The place and equipment is very polished! Anastasia is so caring that she regularly checks on you by text messages after treatments and is always available to take phone calls if questions arise. Her conscientiousness in continued care of the client well after treatment speaks to her dedication, expertise, and professionalism. Anastasia is also very accommodating to those of us who have rather challenging work-schedule and obligations: she is understanding, helpful, and accommodating. I wish I could contribute to all these 5 star reviews (are they all legitimate?), but my experience at Remederm for a lash lift and tint was quite disappointing. No one greeted me when I arrived. The lady who did the procedure was kind, but she unfortunately couldn’t communicate in either English or French, so I couldn’t ask any questions. I wasn’t given any instructions on what i could and couldn’t do after the lift, so I left confused and had to resort to googling. My lashes didn’t turn out well, especially on my right eye. They look bent and hardly tinted. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

*Response: As I stated prior, I was not given any information about aftercare or about the general procedure. I asked the aesthetician a few questions both prior to and after the procedure but she was unable to give me any answers - she could communicate in neither English nor French. My eyelashes on my right eye are uneven and hardly tinted. Unfortunately there is no reason for me to...
