Wonderful place stop Fri explained the rules when playing the mini putt They explain all the rules including how and what to do when you're waiting for the other team ahead of you to putt That leads to the only problem some people ignore the rules and try to push you rush you so you can have fun with your children or your grandchildren like in my case. The location in Whitby It's small so it must have took some effort to lay out everything which I can appreciate. I found it fun in challenging and saying with my grandchildren. We've been there now a couple times so when we're taking them home it's a wonderful place to drop into and have fun for a short time. I wish they would have made that location a little bit bigger. The whole idea of the place the paint scheme incredible I think again what effort on to and planning.

Went on a date here with my wife of 11 years. It was loads of fun, the staff were very nice and adorable. They were great and seemed like they were happy to be there and enjoy our interactions; especially this one guy (who cashed us out) and this small girl who handed us our scoresheet so thank you for that! Overall great experience, lots of fun colors and designs. I even got an intentional hole in one for one of them, so it is possible! Great cheap date idea. Their arcade is definitely not the best and their air hockey machine needs maintenance! As it took forever for the air to fully come out and float the "puck". Take your kids here, family, or anyone and I'm sure with a little competition they will have fun!

Had Bday Party Here 🎉 - Hostess was very helpful and polite, the kids had a blast and the private party area is awesome (everything looks cool in ultraviolet light!) - The venue is great and has had a nice facelift, the games/arcades now give you tickets(saved to games card) which you can use to claim prizes, similar to Chuck-e-Cheese. Word of caution, it can get a little busy so if you have a large group you do often get the sense that you need to rush as people pile up behind you waiting for your group to finish. In conclusion, if you want a cool fun activity with the added bonus of glowing in the dark.. then this is your place! 👍🏼

One Star - Poor Customer Service As lifelong residents of Whitby, we’ve been coming to this mini-golf venue since we were kids. This Family Day, we brought our three older children for a family outing, booking and paying online for the 12 pm time slot in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to poor management and a lack of customer consideration. Upon arrival, it became clear that our time slot had been overbooked, with two other groups starting right behind us. By the second hole, the manager approached us, insisting we split our family of five into a group of two and a group of three. Confused, we continued playing, only to be confronted again at hole four. This time, the manager implied we were holding up the nonexistent line (the place was practically empty after those two groups) and reiterated that we needed to split up. When we challenged the necessity of this, the manager condescendingly stated, “With all due respect, I’ve been managing this place for three years, and I know that breaking up the groups will make it go faster.” This unnecessary confrontation made our children highly uncomfortable and ruined the entire experience. We felt rushed, skipped holes, and lost track of our score just to appease the manager. After finishing, the manager inquired about our game. I expressed my disappointment, explaining that his actions were unnecessary and that we felt mistreated, especially considering how empty the venue was. His response was that he had been watching us on the cameras and saw that we moved faster when split up. He also pointed to a rule on the website stating that groups over four must split up, justifying his enforcement. He then mentioned that the employee who started the two other groups right after us was brand new, which is why the overbooking occurred. While I understand the need for rules and acknowledge that mistakes happen with new employees, sometimes customer service and treating paying clients with kindness is more important, especially when the situation doesn’t demand strict adherence. The venue was nearly empty, and the manager’s insistence on splitting up our family, combined with his lack of flexibility given the circumstances, created unnecessary tension. A more empathetic approach, perhaps acknowledging the error and allowing us to play together, could have preserved the enjoyment of our outing. As fellow local business owners, we know that positive customer experiences often hinge on flexibility and understanding, and unfortunately, this venue failed to deliver, leaving a lasting negative impression. We will not...

I hosted my son's 5th birthday at the Whitby location. It was absolutely a successful hit. The kids loved it as well as the parents. It was seamless, fun and will be a birthday we will memory forever. Definitely recommend this place for any age birthday party.

The store manager Matt, did an amazing job!!!! Customer service is hard to find these days but not with Matt. He was is one of kind and Putting Edge is very lucky to have him. I dealt with Mat from the time I called to book the reservation. He helped me with booking online, getting the deposit done and what to except with ages ranging from 4 to 6 years old kids. When we got there, it was busy but was treated very well and the help we got from Matt and the staff made the whole birthday party experience go smoothly. Matt and his staff were there for all our needs also in a timely manner. Bravo Matt and staff!!!

I would highly recommend this place for birthdays, it's super fun for kids to see all the glow in the dark stuff. (Suggest kids coming to the party to wear white. Kids loved to see their clothes glow.)

We did have our own section for the kids to have pizza and cake. (Bonus: we were allowed to bring our own food). Glow in the dark plates were provided for the kids, which was a hit. Also utensils and napkins. We had a fridge to store our cake. The staff brought our pizza when it arrived. Thanks to Matt, he advised me when it was a good time to order the pizza. Which worked out perfectly. After a perfect time, we also brought the package that came with the arcade cards. The kids loved it and had a blast. Plus every kid had enough tickets on their card to get a prize. It was absolutely a great time to the point my daughter wants to do her birthday here. Nothing but kinds words for Putting Edge Whitby and 5 stars to the store...

I came here on a late Saturday afternoon for my little cousin's birthday party. They were definitely a bit understaffed. Along with our party of 10 people, they had 2 other birthday parties and at least a couple other groups playing so you could see they were struggling to keep up. Something that was interesting was that one of the employees actually stayed with us for the entirety of our game - I'm not sure if that is the policy for large group but it seemed fine at the time. The most frustrating part of our experience was that we were given 2 hours overall for our party ( 1hr for playing golf & 1hr for cake and pizza ). Normally this would be fine, but our golf portion went about 20min over. When we got to the party room, we felt very rushed by the staff. They did not provide us with plates, napkins, cutlery at first, so we had to wait patiently in line again to be helped. What bothered me the most, is that if they knew we were running behind in our golf game, why didn't you at least give us a heads up especially since we had one employee with us through our entire game.

On a positive note, the golf area is still a good time. I would recommend coming here for a round of golf with the family or friends. Maybe just come here on a day which is less busy. I also noticed they definitely have made some upgrades in the last few years, they now have a lot of arcade games that are...
