First time at the Livestock exchange. I did not see the auction of the horses but did see the horses that were being held awaiting their new owners or the meat buyer. These horses would not be watered or fed for the next 24-48 hours as they awaited their fate. This lack of water at the end of their life is cruel and unusual punishment.
