Julia Davis Park

Smaller than I thought, rose garden was OK, Arborvitae were amazing! There seems to be a one way street "greenbelt" that ends into the main street...soo I'm like..on a lime and don't want to jump a sidewalk so ended up riding the wrong way down a one way street..to get back to the zoo parking lot where I had parked. (For free) I might add and alot of open parking available even on a pretty busy Thurs. I might not have understood the paths but...there's that. Nicely groomed and great for groups. No real privacy or open secluded walk areas, no nature paths that I could find. There is access to "float" areas where there are clearly marked entry spots alongside the water. Lots of picnic table throughout and Jumping from the bridge was not forbidden and was at your own risk. Nice city park area, i don't like zoos, on principle.
