If you have a large party, I recommend going somewhere else, as this place does not do their best to accommodate. Tonight, we had a party of 13. I called as early as 3:30pm to try to make reservations for 7:30pm. I was told they do not accept reservations and that I should continuously check the online waitlist to try to get on the list prior to the time we wanted to dine in. I did just that and continuously called to check if there was a wait for a party that large. I was told time after time that there was no wait and to keep calling up to a half an hour before we came in. I did everything in my power to try and plan an appropriate dinner time. Upon arrival we were told they were full and we ended up waiting 45 minutes for a spot that would accommodate our large party. Immediately, as we were being sat (about 8:10 pm) we were told that last call for the all you could eat would be in 20 min. TWENTY minutes for a large party to decide and order. Naturally, I requested to speak to the manager. I completely understand a no reservation policy for parties up to 6 even 8 people. However, larger parties of more than 10 people require a level of planning on the staff’s end. How can they say there’s no wait when I call? Yet at the same time, tell me there’s no room for 13? Doesn’t make sense. It’s really a huge disappointment when we are spending close to $500. We probably would have spent more if we weren’t in a rush to beat last call. I will say that the food has always been great and the servers are always so sweet. The manager tonight was dismissive and completely acted like he didn’t give a flying F about our concerns, being rushed, the wait time or even that I called about 10 times to plan our visit. He completely disregarded the fact that I had tried my hardest to plan a proper arrival time that wouldn’t make us feel rushed. Honestly don’t know if I’ll go here again after this experience. Really such a bummer.
