Bueno, hoy acudí al santogelato de estación central, el que se encuentra al interior del mall del mismo nombre. Fui atendida de una forma horrenda al llegar pregunté si aún estába abierto el local y ni siquiera me respondieron luego me atendieron en caja, y al elegir el sabor de mi helado me avisan que solo hay sabores frutales, los cuales no me agradan. Yo les mostré mi opinión hacia estos sabores y se expresaron diciendo que los sabores estaban pegados en la maquina, siendo que las trabajadoras estuvieron de pie ahí obstaculizandome la vista hacia ellos. Luego pedí la devolución de mi dinero y de una manera atroz me tiraron el dinero en el mesón, la cajera no me quiso dar su nombre diciendo que yo no era nadie para pedirlo. Yo amo santogelato pero está atención al cliente es indignante. Espero a nadie...
