Why there are fake white ducks on a lawn surrounding the central fountain is a mystery to me, but besides this quirk, the square is very pleasant, right in front of the Pacific Ocean and on the main promenade. It offers quite a few benches where to rest or socialize, it is very well maintained and clean and it celebrates the Croatian immigration to Chile's Tarapacá Region. At night it is nicely illuminated.
