There's a restaurant and bar (Chinese cuisine) within the "gate". Along the river ("jiang"), on both sides, are all bars where visitors can grab a table to enjoy a drink and the view of the bridge when it is lit at night. There were also a couple of boats ferrying some performers, but we didn't stay long enough...
