The worst BOC branch. There’s long queue everyday because only one staff serving the line. Some staff are free to stand. Security guard how come, get involved to serve the line. Poorest management!!!!! If it happen for some days, maybe just due to occasional circumstances. But now it happens everyday!!!!! No one solve...

Extremely long queue and terribly slow service. If you have a whole day available for queuing, that’s the perfect branch for you to speed your day...
