No one cares I was ready to order or not. No thank you when I placed the orders. No speak out when the food is ready, just leave it there until I realised it was ready. You don’t expect too much for food. Location wise is good and with plenty of natural light.

Nothing special and useful only for a quick break. Sign at pick up counter says plastic utensils given upon request but mine were given out regardless. Asked for metal knife and fork but didn't have any. Pacific Coffee usually has plastic and metal.

MegaBox Starbucks coffee today was like drinking Battery Acid. Apparently, none of the servers drinks coffee or ever actually 'tastes' the poison they are serving. I am going to McDonalds on ground floor for a fresh cup of coffee. (Update) today I waited about 8 minutes for group in front to figure out their phone pay. Then I ask for a tall coffee. She asked me "what size tall coffee?". Then she tells me they dont have any coffee made, can I wait while they start brewing some? This is second Starbucks this week that has no coffee made...happens 50% of time at Dundas Street. Usually takes about 15 minutes to get a normal cup of coffee. ...
