Very good place for enjoying walking and sports as like tennis, table tennis, and squash. There are many trees and birds. I lived walking around. But here is now a building construction on going, very noisy and a little dusty. Wash room, toilet and water fountain are located inside of the management building.

Nice area in the middle of city. About the homeless, I have been playing tennis in this location for 2 years now. The situation being resolved. Haven’t seen any during day time. Changing room is clean with number lock gate to get in. One of the good tennis courts in the city area

During day time or early morning it is really chill place to go Full of homeless people during evenings/nights and once saw a dude take a dump in the bushes behind a couple that was eating some snacks lol. It also smells like pee. THAT BEING SAID - never had a problem with anyone even late at the night, and I dress like I am going to the beach everytime it's warmer than 23degrees and am always alone either exercising or playing PoGo

Some areas of the park are hotspots for those experiencing homelessness. It is a pity that the situation is treated as a law and order problem without getting to the root causes. As a result, the situation persists over a decade.

The squash court is now redeployed as table tennis court. The playing condition inside is quite nice.
